Meet the Chefs!
Day Head Chef
Mikki has been working in the hospitality industry as a chef for over 20years.
She moved to Perth in 2011 from NZ and worked at Sayers Food and later Sayers Sister up until the end of 2018. She was offered the Head Chef position at Lupo Lab by the Founder & her great friend Mirko Silvestri.

Night Head Chef
At age 17, I realized food was my passion so I started to study cheffing at "A tavola con lo chef" in Rome.
After graduating I worked at the Sheraton hotel in Rome for 3 years. In 2013 I moved to Melbourne where I started to work as a Head Chef.
I am always faithful to my Roman roots and I draw a lot of my inspiration from my Italian traditions that were passed down to me from my family, with some of my own modern twists.

I entered the world of cooking when I realised that I really wanted to express my ideas and tastes, so that I could share with people the same flavors and scents with which I grew up in Rome. Here at lupo Lab is born the idea of innovation, a perfect union between tradition and evolution.
